We primarily work with HubSpot (free and paid tiers), GoHighLevel, and Salesforce. If you already have a CRM, we'll integrate with it. If you need one, we'll recommend the best option for your business size and budget.

Is there a monthly fee after setup?

The CRM integration is a $1,000 one-time setup fee. There are no ongoing management fees from NUI. However, your CRM platform itself may have monthly costs (HubSpot free tier is available, GoHighLevel starts at $97/mo, Salesforce starts at $25/user/mo).

Can this integrate with non-NUI tools?

Yes. We can connect your CRM to most popular business tools using native integrations or Zapier — including your website forms, booking systems, accounting software, and more.

How long does setup take?

Typically 1-2 weeks depending on how many services and tools need to be connected. We handle all the technical configuration and provide a training session so you and your team are comfortable using the system.
